Delwa Biography

Talashgaran Sanaat va Tejarat Aryia company, in cooperation with its research team, has conducted extensive research in the field of nanotechnology. Nanotechnology, known as the fourth wave of the industrial revolution, is the ability to fabricate, control and use matter in nanometer dimensions. In fact, if all materials and systems arrange their substructure at the nanoscale; then all the reactions are faster and more efficient and sustainable development is achieved. Among the many achievements of this technology is its application in the production, transmission, consumption and storage of energy with high efficiency, which creates a dramatic change in this field. Therefore, Delwa research team has produced nano products such as saffron nanoemulsion. Our Mission

Given the nature of nanotechnology, the ability to work at the atomic, molecular, and beyond levels of 1 to 100 nanometers, with the goal of building and intervening in how atoms or molecules are arranged using materials, devices, and systems with new capabilities. By changing these structures and achieving greater efficiency of materials, Delwa’s research team aims to maintain and increase the quality and properties of valuable food on the one hand, and extensive research to produce high-performance nano-products and cost savings on the other. Especially in the consumption of energy resources and ultimately achieving sustainable development
Which will lead to dramatic changes in the use of natural resources, energy and water and will reduce wastewater and pollution. Another important goal that Delwa’s research team has taken is to maintain and increase the quality and properties of valuable food.

Delwa, A New Window in the Food Industry

Saffron produced by the above method has a more ideal taste and smell than the macroscopic state of saffron, color and coloring properties. Compared to ordinary saffron, it has a more lasting and stable taste than ordinary ground saffron, which ultimately consumes the amount of saffron in terms of area per unit volume and saves the amount of active ingredient consumed.

Today, saffron is an export commodity of Iran’s food industry in the world, which under the name of red gold accounts for about 79% of the world’s saffron volume, while this expensive product is sold raw and has much added value. Considering that Iran is considered as the main and primary source of saffron production in the world and a large volume of this production is mass-transported to neighboring countries and packaged there and re-distributed throughout the world and on the other hand due to the depletion of energy reserves and the very high price of saffron, it is exported as red gold. So new techniques and technologies are used to reduce the consumption of raw materials and increase production efficiency in order to improve the quality of the final product. One of the main concerns of innovation is the abovementioned invention.

Conducting research is a tool for empowerment and having authority is in wisdom. Education, research and capital are considered very sensitive as executive factors of the country’s development. To maintain and utilize them, we need to lay the groundwork for the development of the country. Entrepreneurship and supporting it, promoting the added value of investment is another important factor in development. In our country, the essential factors of development are not addressed properly, while I strongly believe that addressing the livelihood and paving the way to facilitate research affairs of professors and researchers in the country is vital to accomplish development.
